摘要
随着企业所处内外环境的变化,目前被企业界广泛采用的、基于工作分析的人力资源管理模式固有的缺陷逐渐显现出来,迫切需要构建新的人力资源管理模式。美国著名心理学家麦克利兰提出的胜任力理论,为构建基于胜任力的人力资源管理模式提供了全新的视角。在对胜任力理论进行简要综述的基础上,构建了一个基于胜任力的人力资源管理新模式,并对其主要构成要素:基于胜任力的人力资源规划、基于胜任力的绩效管理、基于胜任力的人力资源培训与开发等进行了较为详细的阐述,指出了其应用范围和应用基础。
Accompanied with the change in internal and external environments where the enterprises operated, the inherent defects of the commonly used human resources management model based on work analysis have been disclosed gradually. To structure a new human resources management model is thus in urgent need. The theory of competency was proposed in a brandnew perspective by D. C. McClelland, a famous American psychologist, to meet the need. Introducing briefly the theory of competency, a human resources management model based on competency is developed, including the management planning, performance evaluation and human resource training/developing and so on, with the scope and foundation of the application of the model expounded.
