摘要
在液力传动系统中,泵轮和涡轮的转矩及转速应保持稳定才能使系统正常运行。在实际应用中常常由于某种偏差而造成转矩和转速的不稳定。本文介绍了应用8031单片机对生产过程中液力传动系统内的泵轮与涡轮的转矩和转速特性进行测试与控制,使其稳定。具体介绍了测试和控制系统的硬件的构成和软件的设计,并给出了特性参数的计算公式。
In hydraulic transmission system, turning moment and rotational speeds of pump impellers and turbines have to be kept steady in order for the normal operation of the system. Unfortunately, the speeds are often unsteady due to some deviations. This paper describes an 8031 single-chip computer based test and control system to keep the turning moment behaviour constant, especially, the hardware and software configuration of the test and control system in detail. The calculation formula of behaviour parameters are also presented.
