摘要
采用自制的薄膜热电偶测定镦粗模具工作时表面和内部的瞬态温度,分析它的分布特点及热影响区的范围,建立锻模的温度分布函数,论述锻模瞬态温度波形的时域、频域特性及传递规律,总结出锻模透热深度与热冲击信号的谐波频率密切相关的重要结论,为锻模的热应力分析、热强度理论的建立及表面改性措施的采取提供一些基础性数据和理论根据。
In the present paper, the transient temperature of the surface on the upsetting die and its inside has been measured with the film thermocouples developed by authors.The distributing function of the temperature on die is set up,and the behaviours of the time and frequency domain of the transient temperature waveform on the forging die and its transmitting rule are discussed. On the basis of the above,an important conclusion that the penetration depth of the heat on forging die has a direct bearing on the harmonic frequency of heating impact load.The results obtained through experiment and analysis will provide a basis for the calculation of the heat stresses and establishment of the heat strength theory of forging die and development of the modifying technique of its suface.
