摘要
针对基于专用数控键槽铣床的半闭环位移检测信息,利用计算机控制交流异步电机来控制位移的原理,提出一种位移提前量的计算数学模型。工况条件下所做的大量实验结果说明数学模型和算法可行、有效。
Based on the information obtained from semi-colsed-loop displacement detection of a CNC keyway milling machine,a mathe matical model for calculating predictive values is proposed according to the computer control theory to control the motion of an AC motor. A number of experiments have been completed and the results show that the mathematical model and the algorithm are feasible and powerful under workshop conditions.
