摘要
三峡移民工作正处于三、四期攻坚阶段,移民工作的重点正由“搬得出”逐步转向“稳得住,逐步能致富”。重庆市万州区武陵镇是一个移民大镇,农村移民的致富问题,在三峡库区具有典型性和代表性。
The task of migration in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area is in the third and forth period. The key emphasis of migration work is being turned from moving out smoothly to dwelling securely and becoming rich step by step. Wuling city of Wanzhou District in Chongqing province is a large town with thousands of immigrants. How to become rich of the rural immigrants in the town is a problem, which is typical and representative in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area.
