摘要
企业的人力资源管理是一个非常重要的管理环节,其运作效果将直接影响企业的兴衰成败。而在中国的大部分企业特别是国有企业中,人力资源管理工作近几年才刚刚起步,还没跳出人事管理的框架。“以人为本,以才兴业”的现代企业人力资源管理新理念是我们建立科学、高效的人力资源管理体系的基石。科学的人力资源管理必将成为现代企业的发展的动力之源。
Human Resources (HR) management is a key issue of enterprise management, which has direct influence upon the enterprise's benefit. In most of the enterprises, specifically the state-owned enterprises in China, however, HR management is just at the beginning and is still in the shadow of personal administration. Some concepts and notions about HR management of modem enterprises of "staff oriented, talent based" is a cornerstone of establishing science and efficient enough system of human resources management, which will essentially become a source of promoting the development of modern enterprises were expounded in this paper. As how to enhance HR management, some personal viewpoints were proposed.
