CAD of Combine Mechanism of the Button Hole Machine

本文对斜针刺布机构──离散点凸轮与１１杆连杆组合机构进行运动模拟，提出用三次样条函数模拟凸轮机构的运动，研讨建立三回路复矢量与一维搜索角度逼近相结合的方法，有效地解决了多连杆机构中斜杆的复合运动问题，为圆头锁眼机的改进设计提供了依据。

Motion imitation of oblique needle Stitch mechanism which is combined with discrete point cam and eleven levers is discussed in this Paper,The method-using cubic spline function to imitate the motion of cam mechanism is put forward. The combination of triple loop vector with approximation of one-dimensional angular size in search successfully solves the problem of compound motion of oblique needle in multi-lever mechanism is setup, whieh provides the basis for improving design of buttonhole mechine.
