摘要
本文在分析行星滚子牵引传动装置的几何、运动和受力机理的基础上,建立了一个合理的弹流模型。并采用三点不等距中心差分导出不Reynolds差分方程,然后对数值方法作了详细的讨论。推出了适于本装置的最小油膜算式,对其弹流润滑机理作了详细的分析。
In this paper,the analysis of geomitry movement and force of the traction driving equipment are done.on this basis,a simple elastohydrodynaimic lubrication model is set up.For this moldel,three-points central difference on uniform mesh is used.And Reynolds difference equation is led out,then the numerical method is proved in detail.A Simple new formula of film thickness of this equipments is led out.It's used to analyze the mechanism of elastohy drodynamic lubrication.
