香椿馥郁芳香且富含大量的维生素,但其可食用的嫩芽部分易枯萎,不耐贮藏。采用不同的保鲜剂、乙烯吸收剂、低温和高湿等方法对香椿进行了保鲜技术处理,确定了最佳保鲜方法。解决了矮化露地香椿与大棚香椿之间存在的2个月市场断档期的问题。
The Chinese toona has strong fragrance in tender shoot part with a great deal of vitamin. But it is withered away easily, don't bear hoarding. The experiment adopted storage reagent, ethylene absorber, low temperature, high and wet etc. The different method has carried on the preservation to the Chinese toona, made sure the best protect fresh method and resolved the problem of 2 months for the market broken schedule between the landed Chinese toona and the greenhouse Chinese toona.
