摘要 本文从传统的等效线路出发,讨论了换能器的表面制作工艺,即结构损耗对换能器内部机械阻抗及谐振频率的影响,结果表明,对称型结构的换能器机械损耗最低。 In this paper, the authors analyze the effects of surface conditions of components of a sandwich transducer and its structure on the performance of the sandwtch transducer. The results show that the mechanical loss impedance is low when surface conditions are good, and when the nodal point is in the middle of the piezoelectric elements, the mechanical Loss impedance is the lowest. When the nodal point is located in the piezoelectric elements, the effect of surface conditions on resonance frequency is negligibly small.
