摘要
提出了一种能实现平行轴传动的新型轴销式少齿差行星齿轮机构,阐述了其基本结构、克服死点机理和运动几何条件.针对平面多曲柄输入机构中存在的虚约束,在运动副接触变形协调的基础上建立机构受力分析模型,对机构的受力状况进行了分析计算.
A new type of axial pin small tooth difference planetary gear drive mechanism which can realize power transmission between parallel shafts is introduced in this paper.Planar multicrank mechanism is used as input unit of the tooth difference planetary gear drive and the offset crank mechanism is replaced by axial bin mechanism. Its structure,working principle to overcome dead point and geometric conditions of movement are analysed.In accordance with the formal constraints in planar multicrank mechanism,force analysis model is set up on the basis of contact deformation coordination of kinematic pairs.Systematic force analysis including bearing load and contact state of the pins has been made by method given in the paper.
