摘要
1 配方及工艺 1.1 材料配方材料选点在铌镁酸铅三元系室温截面相图相界线上,配方通式为 Pb_xSr_(1-x)[(Mg_(1/3)Nb(_2/3))_(1-y)(Ti_(0.38~0.44)Zr_(0.35~0.5))_y]O_3。配料原材料均为试剂(表1)。
In This paper, a medical triobate piezoelectric ceramic is introduced. It has good piezoelectricity, low losses, high insulation resistance, low sintering temperature and low cost, and it is easy to be produced.
