The Mode and Condition of International Financial Center and Its Implication on the Construction of Shanghai International Financial Center

将上海建设成为一个国际金融中心已经成为一种国家战略,它需要具备严格的条件,本文分析比较了国际金融中心的不同模式特征,和上海国际金融业发展现状以及与成熟国际金融中心之间存在的差距与不足,提出了借鉴新加坡、香港和东京等通过政策推动金融中心的成功经验,以中国的实体经济为支撑,建设成为国际、国内两种金融资源集中配置场所的国际金融中心。

It is the national strategy to build Shanghai as international financial center, which needs to meet some conditions. The paper is to analyze the different mode and the current situation and its disadvantage of Shanghai, suggest that the successful experience of Hongkong and Singapore should be considered to build the relocation center of domestic and international resource.
