中国优秀棒、垒球运动员科学选材研究

Study on the Scientific Selection of Chinese Elite Baseball and Softball Athletes

选择代表中国最优秀棒、垒球水平的国家队、全部省市一线队主力队员的运动员228人为研究对象,在大规模测试的基础上,经过理论筛选、教练员经验筛选、实际测试筛选和统计学筛选等过程,确定了中国优秀棒、垒球运动员的形态、机能、专项素质、心理、技术和战术等各项能力的选材指标体系(包括客观指标和经验评定指标);建立了中国优秀棒、垒球运动员选材的评价体系。对样本内的回代检验结果证实,选材指标体系与评价标准是有效的和客观的,可用于中国优秀棒、垒球优秀运动员选材。

In this research,we selected 228 elite baseball and softball players from national team and all the urban and provincial teams.On the basis of a large scale investigation,after all the process of theoretical selection,experiential selection by coaches,practical test selection and statistics selection,we finally defined the index system and established the evaluation system of morphology,function,sports performance,psychology,technique and tactics for selecting the top baseball and softball Chinese players.As a result of examining the samples with substitution method,the index system and evaluation standard in this research are virtual and objective.It can be applied to the selection of topnotch baseball and softball Chinese players.
