中国二元经济结构具有明显的结构刚性的自身特点。具体表现在中国二元经济结构的转换呈现“凝固化”特点,农业劳动力就业转换严重滞后于产值转换,以及城乡差距难以缩减等方面。形成的原因主要是劳动力转移缓慢,就业转换滞后,中国二元经济结构的刚性,因此必须加快转移农业劳动力,缓解人地矛盾,提高农业生产率水平。
