深化中国农业改革的途径与对策

The Way and Countermeasures to Deepen Agricultural Reform of China

中国农村在经历了一系列改革后,正面临着越来越严峻的挑战。中国农业改革要突破障碍,应加强三个方面的工作。一是制度创新,加大强制性制度安排,解决核心制度创新乏力;二是组织创新,缓解农业经济基本矛盾;三是调整产业结构,优化资源配置,为深化农业改革提供重要保证。

The paper holds that with a series of reform, China＇s villages are confronted with more and more severe challenges. In order to break through the barriers of the agricultural reform in China, three kinds of work should be done. The first is to innovate the present system, enforce the compulsory system arrangement, and tackle the problem about the shortage of vitality in core system innovation; the second is to innovate the present organization, and alleviate the fundamental contradiction in agricultural economy; the third is to adjust the industrial structure, and optimize the resources allocation to provide important guarantee for deepening the agricultural reform.
