香港的高等教育经历了一百多年的发展,已经具有比较成熟的法制环境、健全的制度、规范的管理、丰富的国际经验,拥有良好的人才和设备,学校享有很大的独立自主权,形成了比较协调发展的高等教育体系。目前,国内高校正在不断深化校内管理体制和人事制度改革,香港高等教育和高校管理体制、人事管理制度等都有其特点和优势,许多地方值得我们学习和借鉴。

With a long history of more than one hundred years,the higher education in Hong Kong is characterized by mature legal circumstances,sound system,standard management,abundant international experiences,better human resources and equipment.The universities in Hong Kong also enjoy greater independent rights,thus developing concordantly.To deepen the reform on the internal management system and the personnel system,the universities in China mainland are advised to use the experience of university management and personnel management system of the higher education in Hong Kong for reference.
