摘要
“引咎辞职”被作为一种制度安排引入我国,一些地区和部门相继制定了一些规定、办法,并有一些官员因失职失责而引咎辞职。其实,引咎辞职不仅仅是一种制度安排,它还内含着道德自律因素,可以说,道德自律是引咎辞职行为的动力。这一动力主要来自于官员的责任心、良心和羞耻心。
The system of voluntary resignation in China is detailed with regional regulations. Quite a few officials have resigned from post due to failure of commitment. The paper is intended to argue that the voluntary resignation should not only be taken for a system, it should better be a drive for moral self-disciplineas well. This drive is a mirror of an official＇s sense of responsibility, conscience, and humiliation.
