半野生大豆DNA导入栽培大豆其后代过氧化物酶酶谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法,对利用花粉管通道途径,导入外源DNA所获大豆变异后代,进行过氧化物酶酶谱分析。结果表明:变异后代与亲本的谱带间有明显差异,后代含有供体的谱带,这说明了外源DNA片段已整合到受体基因组中,并在后代中得到了表达。因此,我们认为可以用同工酶酶谱分析的结果作为鉴定外源DNA导入大豆的生化指标之一。 With the method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis of the peroxidase patterns in variant progenies of soybean obtained by introduction of DNA through pollen tube. The result showed that there were differences between parents and their progenies. The progenies contained the bands of their donors.This indicate that the seaments of foreign DNA have inserted into the genome of receptor and expteased in progenies.Therefore,we think that isozyme can be used as abiochemical indicator for evaluating soybean having received foreign DNA.
