进展性卒中相关因素的临床研究

Study of Related Factors of Stroke in Progression

目的分析引起进展性卒中(stroke in progression,SIP)的相关因素。方法对作者医院216例SIP患者的血压、血糖、周围血白细胞、近期感染、血脂、梗死部位、动脉狭窄等因素进行回顾性分析。结果SIP患者与对照组比较,近期感染、患高血压病人数、患糖尿病人数及颅内外血管狭窄等差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论SIP的危险因素多与高血压、糖尿病、近期感染及颅内外大血管狭窄与闭塞有关;治疗SIP,应在积极抗感染、抗凝、降血糖等治疗的同时,注意保证充足的脑灌注压。

Objective To analyse the related factors that caused stroke in progression （SIP）. Methods 216 SIP patients were retrospectively studied. The relevant factors of SIP, which include blood pressure （systolic pressure and diastolic pressure）, blood glucose, blood lipid level, the degree of artery stenosis and infarction site, were analyzed. Results Number of patients accompanied with hypertension, diabetes mellitus （DM）, recent infection, and intra or extracranial vascular stenosis/occlusion in the SIP group were more than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0. 001）. Conclusions Hypertension, DM, recent infection, and intra or extracranial vascular stenosis/occlusion are associated with SIP. About therapy of SIP patients, we emphasize not to reduce blood pressure positively, meanwhile to give antibacterial, anticoagulation and antidiabetic.
