摘要
阐述了发电用100 kW级微型燃气轮机控制过程及其电力变换系统的设计和集散控制方法,描述了其结构与功能特点。针对微型燃气轮机的控制特点,提出了异于传统控制方法的有效控制方案,即燃机点火后的闭环控制方法。采用中性点可控的解耦控制方法解决了电力变换系统中的三相逆变电源的不对称问题。理论分析和实验表明,该控制系统稳态和动态控制性能良好,达到了各项技术指标,实现了全部设计功能,具有广阔的应用前景。
A design and control approach to the power transformation system ( 100 kW)is developed after illustrating the process of control system of the gas macroturbine. The structural and functional features of the control system are described. In view of distinguishing feature of the gas macroturbine, looped-control is used after igniting. Decoupling control for the controllable neutral point is adopted to solve the unsymmetrical problem of three-phase converse voltage-source. Theoretical analysis and practical results show that the whole control system has the better performance in both steady and transient responses. The technical parameters and functions of the control system have all been reached.
