摘要
从生态、生产和遗传育种等方面分析了四川小麦多小穗育种的理论依据，并就多小穗品种绵农2号的选育方法进行了讨论。这些方法有：（1）多组合小群体确定目标组合；（2）在目标组合中确定重点目标组合；（3）在重点目标组合中确定重点株系；（4）进行阶梯式杂交。
The theoretical bases of multi-spikelet breeding in Sichuan wheat are analysed according to ecological, productive, genetic and selective cases in this paper. The breeding methods of multi-spikelets and multi-grains cultivar 'Miannong 2', are discussed at the sanle time. The methods are (1 ) to select objective crosses by the way of more crosses and less colory; (2 ) to determine key objective crosses in objective crosses; (3 ) to define key plant lines in key objective crosses alld (4 ) to carry out stair hybridization.
