摘要
从参考咨询和学科服务的发展历史、工作内容、从业人员、服务特点等方面分析了二者的异同, 认为他们一博一专、优势互补。为图书馆从实际出发,建立适合本馆情况的创新服务体系提供了参考。
The differences between the reference consultation and subject service were analyzed trom several aspects such as development history, work content, the employed, service characteristics and so on. The author considers that one is extensive and the other is special and that they have complementary superiority. Moreover the article offers references for library proceeding from reality and founding innovation service svstem that suits to our library.
