韩国造纸工业的现状与发展

The present situation and development of Korean paper industry

近几年韩国纸与纸板的生产量、消费量增长缓慢,部分产品甚至出现负增长,但出口增长较快。由于韩国国内消费不旺,几乎没有新建或技术改造项目,预计2006年到2010年多数产品的生产量将保持小幅增长。原料方面,对进口木浆的依赖度过大;依靠韩国国内供应的废纸占80%以上;最近积极推动进口木浆和废纸的多元化政策,并致力于提高韩国国内废纸的回收量和回收率。

In the past few years, the production and consumption of paper and paperboard in Korea saw a slow increase and there even appeared a negative growth for some products, but the exports increased greatly. Because the domestic consumption in Korea is not on the flourishing, there almost no new paper mill or technological transformation project and it is expected that most of the product will remain the trend of a small scale growth from 2006 to 2010. As for the raw materials, there is a great dependence on the imported wood pulp and more than 80% of the waste paper is from the domestic market of Korea; a recent multiplying policy for the imported wood pulp and wastepaper is pushed on positively and the effort is being made on the increase of the recovery amount and recovery rate of the wastepaper within Korea.
