摘要
本文研究了空气氧化抗坏血酸(H_2A)水溶液的动力学,在温度25~50℃范围内得出0.5级反应及相应的速度常数。磷酸盐缓冲溶液对H_2A的氧化有催化作用;在30~50℃温度下pH5.8~7.4范围内,氧化作用表现为一级反应,并计算了Arrhenius活化能,在氧化过程中有H_2O_2生成。
The Kinetics of aerobic oxidation of ascorbic acid (H_2A)in the aqueous solution is studied at 25~50℃. The experiments indicate that the oxidation is a 0.5-order reaction and the velocity constants of oxidation were evaluated.The oxidation of H_2A is catalyzed by phosphate buffer solutions; an apparent first -order reaction is achieved in the range of 30~50℃ and pH 5.8~,7.4. The Arrhenius activation energies were calculated. H_2O_2 was formed in the oxidation.
