葛根素注射液治疗突发性耳聋的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Kakkonein Injection in the Treatment of Sudden Hearing Loss

目的：利用Meta分析方法对葛根素注射液治疗突发性耳聋的临床试验进行分析，评价其治疗效果。方法：检索1994年～2004年国内发表的葛根素注射液治疗突发性耳聋临床试验的相关文献，采用Review Manager 4．2软件对符合条件的文献进行荟萃分析。结果：共有4个临床试验纳入本次研究，同质性检验X^2=0．80，P〉70．05，故采用固定效应模型进行分析。与对照组比较．葛根素注射液治疗突发性耳聋总有效率更高，比值比为2．05，95％可信区间为1．10～3．82（P〈0．05）。结论：临床可选用葛根素注射液治疗突发性耳聋。

OBJECTIVE： To conduct a meta - analysis on the clinical trails of kakkonein injection for sudden hearing loss and to evaluate its outcome.METHODS： The related literature concerning the clinical trials of kakkonein injection in treating sudden hearing loss published domestically between 1994 and 2004 were retrieved .Meta analysis on the selected literature was conducted by means of Review Manager 4.2 software.RESULTS： A total of 4 clinical trials were included in our study, in homogeneity test X^2= 0.80, P 〉 0.05, thus a fixed effect model was applied .As compared with the control group, kakkonein injection has a higher total effective rate with the odds ratio at 2.05 and 95% confidence interval at 1.10-3.82（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：Kakkonein injection can be used as an option in the clinical treatment of sudden hearing loss.
