摘要
油气管线地处荒郊野外,环境恶劣,人工巡检几乎不可能。而现场状态参数的实时采集对设备安全运行和输送效率有重要意义。其中数据的传输就是一个很重要的环节。本实验选用RS485传输方式,先把单片机要发送的数据加入CRC校验码,然后对加入校验码的数据进行HDB3编码,再在传输过程中加入光电隔离中继器,同时也提出了一些有效的现场组网布线技术。
Oil - gas pipe lines are located in barren, not closely related and scurviness place. Manpower inspection is almost impossible. Moreover,scene state parameters real- time collection is important to facility safe running and transportation efficiency. Therefore,data transmission is very important. This experiment selected RS 485 transmission mode,joined the CRC checkout primarily in single chip's later sending data, then encoded these datas with HDB3 code, furthermore, joined the photoelectricity isolation repeaters,and some effective scene meshwork and wire disposing techniques are proposed.
