The Influence of the FDI Utilization on the Local Economy in the Pearl River Delta

珠江三角洲在实际利用外资方面取得了很大的成功,但近年来全球跨国公司投资大幅下降,珠三角各地FDI流入增长趋势减缓;因此,以佛山为代表的珠三角各地应调整引资政策,完善产业制度与管理,调整外资进入领域比重,建立以企业为主体的引资产业链,提升内资企业技术创新能力,以提高外资使用效率与内资企业的出口。

The Pearl River Delta has enjoyed great economic development through utilization of the FDI, but the inflow of the FDI into the Delta is declining in the recent years due to the decrease of investment from the global multinational companies. The paper points out that the districts represented by Fushan within the Delta should adjust their policies, improve the management of the domestic enterprises, innnovate and upgrade the industrial systems in order to attract more FDI.
