公路工程项目推行监理制度是我国公路基本建设管理体制改革的一项重要内容，本文针对我国监理工作的现状，对搞好世行贷款的公路项目提出了一些观点。

in the project of highway engineering,a system of supervision is being carried out,which is an important part of the reform of administration system in capital construction inChina. Aiming at the present situation of supervision, this paper puts forward some views onthe way fo do well the highway project under the loans from the world Bank.
