介绍了锌盐-硼砂合成低水合硼酸锌的实验方法,讨论了反应物配比、反应温度、加入晶种等因素对产品产率的影响,确定了合理的合成参数:m(ZnSO4.7H2O)∶m(Na2B4O7.10H2O)为11∶.29,液固比5.81∶,反应温度70℃,反应时间7h,阐述了该阻燃剂在其他工业制品中的应用.
he exptl, method for synthesizing low hydrated zinc borate from zinc salts and borax was presented, and the influences of reactant proportion, reaction temp., and addition of crystal seeds etc. on product yield were discussed. A reasonable synthesis process was detd. as follows: ZnSO4.7H2O:Na2B4O7:10H2O=1:1.29 (wt. ratio), liquid-to-solid ratio 5.8:1, and reaction at 70 ℃ for 7 h. The use of such a flame retardant in ind. products was also described.
