国产硝苯地平缓释片治疗轻中度高血压的临床研究

Clinical Research on Curative Effect of Domestic Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets in Treatment of Hypertension of Slight or Medium Degrees

目的:探讨国产硝苯地平缓释片治疗轻、中度高血压的疗效及安全性。方法:将入选65例轻、中度高血压患者随机分为两组:治疗组33例,应用国产硝苯地平缓释片每天早晚8时各口服20mg,连服4周,血压下降未达显效者,则增至早晚各40mg,直至疗程结束。对照组32例,应用依那普利片,每天8时口服10mg,连服4周,血压下降未达显效者,增至20mg,直至疗程结束。结果:治疗组治疗4周总有效率83.2%,8周总有效率86.6%;对照组治疗4周总有效率81.4%,8周总有效率84.5%;两组总有效率差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后2周舒张压降低差值和4周收缩压降低差值均明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。6周和8周比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:硝苯地平缓释片治疗轻、中度高血压疗效确切、安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective：To study the effect and safety of the domestic extended release nifedipine tablets in the treatment of hypertension of slight or medium degrees. Methods： 65 hypertensive patients of slight or medium drgrees were divided into two random groups：the treatment group （33 cases） took 20mg of domestic extended release nifedipine tablets at 8：00 am. and 8：00 pm. everyday for 4 weeks , but to those who did not have remarkable effeets of lowering blood pressure the dose was doubled until the end of the treatment. The control group （32 cases） took 10mg of enalapril maleate tablets at 8：00 am. everyday for 4 weeks,and to those who did not have remarkable effects of lowering blood pressure the dose was doubled until the end of the treatment.Results：The total hypertension control rate of the treatment group was 83.2% after 4 weeks of treatment and was up to 86.6% after 8 weeks of treatment; and the total hypertension control rate of the control group was 81.4% after 4 weeks of treatment and was up to 84.5% after 8 weeks of treatment . The differences of the total hypertension control rate between the two groups had no remarkable significance（ P 〉 0.05）. In the treatment group , the difference ratio of lowering diastolic blood pressure after 2 weeks of treatment, and that of lowering systolic blood pressure after 4 weeks of treatment, both are bigger than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. And there were not any outstanding differences between these two groups after 6 and 8 weeks of treatment（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions： Extended release nifedipine tablets is safe and effeefive for the treatment of hypertention of slight and medium degrees , So it is worth popularzing and applying.
