逆向分段富集PSA克服多组份同时测定时金属互化物干扰的方法研究

本文针对多组份同时形成金属互化物干扰的问题，从富集的过程入手，提出了逆向分段富细ＰＳＡ（ＡＳＰＰＳＡ）方法，以期通过与普通ＰＳＡ不同的非等时间富集方法达到等量富集并能抑制金属互化物的干扰，提高低浓度组份检测的灵敏度．

in this paper,the method of against the direction phase section PSA for simultaneous determination of mang components metal mutual compound multi--interferent were proposed.The method reached equal section and restrained multi-interferent of metal mutual compound and raised sensitivity of low concentration component detection.
