建立防止农民负担反弹的长效机制初探

On Establishing Efficient Mechanism to Prevent the Rebounding of Peasants’ pressure

近年来,为了减轻农民负担,从中央到地方,各级政府采取了一系列措施,取得了很大的成效。但目前还存在许多可能使农民负担反弹的隐患,为此,必须采取相应的措施,建立防止农民负担反弹的长效机制,维护农村社会稳定,促进农村经济持续健康发展。

Up to the recent years, all levels of Chinese governments have taken a series of measures to lighten peasant＇s pressure, and it has got some great effects too. However, there are still some hidden perils that may rebound peasant＇s pressure. So long-term efficient mechanism should be established and some effective measures should be taken to prevent the rebound of peasants＇s pressure, to keep the social rest of countryside peasant＇s pressure and to accelerate the local economy developing in a sustainable and healthy way.
