摘要
本文首先简单描述了笔者二十年来亲身经历的环境变化和物资丰富下的生活窘态,有感而发,警示人们保护地球;然后通过对循环经济实质和荷兰经验的分析,阐述了循环经济是可持续性发展的保证,是地球疗伤的药方;最后用新制度经济学的原理,对发展循环经济的根本因素即制度,进行了初步探讨。
Firstly, this paper simply described the phenomena in environment changes by the writer＇s life experience in the past 20 years and life dilemma under the condition of plentiful goods, warning human of protecting our earth. Then, it presented that circular economy is the guarantee of sustainable development and the prescription of treating the earth after analyzing of the substance of circular economy and Holland＇s experience. At last, it discussed the main ways of development circular economy according to the principle of new constitution economy.
