There was a great variety of vitamins and mineral substance trace elements of high content in spiral alga. Compounding SOD in addition to SOD contained mushroom polysaccharide, multiple kinds of essential amino acids and vitamins, and more than 10 kinds of trace elements such as Zn, Se, Fe and Ca etc. Birch Liquid Contained rich bioactive substances, multiple kinds of carbohydrate, more than 20 kinds of amino acids, and trace elements such as Si, Fe, Sr, Ti, Ba and Cu etc. The development of spiral alga beer, compounding SOD beer and Birch Liquid beer could not only make full use of biological resources and modem beer brewing techniques but also enrich beer variety.
