听觉诱发电位指数监测无痛人流术40例

摘要 听觉诱发电位指数(AAI)监测是目前反映麻醉深度较为理想的监测之一。已有研究显示AAI监测能反映麻醉深度的动态变化、预测体动和术中知晓。在异丙酚、芬太尼复合麻醉下行人工流产术时,常有部分病人出现不自主的体动,体动的发生给手术造成较大的危险。对体动发生的原因、AAI监测在该类门诊短小手术中的应用价值如何,目前未见报道。为此,本研究对其进行探讨。
