增城市集体儿童乳牙龋非创伤性充填效果调查

The effect of atraumatic restorative treatment on children deciduous teeth caries

目的探讨在幼儿园利用非创伤性充填技术(ART)修复集体儿童乳牙龋的效果及集体儿童对ART的接受程度。方法在增城市8间幼儿园选取4岁患乳牙合面洞牙本质龋的儿童150 名,共247颗龋齿,全部采用富士-Ⅱ玻璃离子行ART充填术,治疗术后半年、1年各复查1次。结果大部分患儿治疗中无不适感,97％的儿童表示如果有龋齿愿意使用同样的方法治疗;根据标准一年的成功率89％。结论 ART技术操作简单方便、易学、实用,成功率高、继发齿龋齿低,患者易于接受,对乳牙龋是一种有效的治疗方法,可以在幼儿园集体儿童中广泛推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of atraumatic restorative treatment （ART） to repair the children milk teeth caries in kindergarden and children degree of accepting to ART. Methods 150 4- year-old children with milk teeth caries from 8 kindergarden in Zengcheng, amount to 247 decayed teeth, all adopt ART operation with Fuji-11 glass ion, half years after the operation, each re-examine once a year. Results Most of the children with decayed teeth do not have uncomfortable in treat. According to the standard that success rate for 89% of one year. Conclusion ART simply and conveniently for children caries. It can popularize extensively among the children of the kindergarden.
