摘要
对1975年以来出现的50余种新的噻唑偶氮染料(T_zAD)的合成方法、主要性质和在分析化学中的应用作了简要综述。T_zAD的发展能提高分析灵敏度和水溶性,提高分析的选择性、寻找新的特效试剂:T_zAD可作配位滴定、酸碱滴定的指示剂,萃取、浓集和分离金属离子的螯合剂以及光度分析的显色剂。表面活性剂应用于某些T_zAD显色体系中,有增溶和增敏作用。
The authors study about 50 T_zAD synthesized since 1975 and give a brief review of their synthesis, main properties and application in analytical chemistry. The development of T_2AD gives a possibility to raise the analytical sensitivity, selectivity and solubility, and to find a new reagent. T_zAD has been used for many purposes, e.g., as an indicator of titration, a chelating agent for extracting, concentrating and separating metal ions, as chromogenic reagents and etc. When used with surfactants. T_zAD, has higher solubility and sensiti vity.
