摘要
卡那霉素对紫花苜蓿无菌苗生长的影响表现为出苗提前,须根减少,主根变短、增粗,株高降低,叶片数减少和出现白化苗,并且随着Kan浓度的增加,影响作用增强。10mg/L的Kan浓度即能完全抑制须根的产生,在50mg/L时则开始出现白化苗。
The effects of Kanamycin on alfalfa germfree plantlets was studied, which showed that Kanamycin helped to promote the bourgeon, reduced the number of hair roots, the length of taproot, the height of stem and the numbers of leaf, as well as induced white plantlets. The effects strengthened with the increasing Kanamycin concentration. Under 10mg/L of Kanamvcin, the growth of hair roots was inhibited completely, and white plantlets started to appear at 50mg/L.
