摘要
分析湿法烟气脱硫中的气相扩散机理和气体吸收机理。采用双膜理论模型,导出了湿法烟气脱硫中液相进行极快不可逆化学反应的传质速率方程,并以某公司数据为例,计算出SO2在碱性硫酸铝溶液中的吸收速率。
The gasphase diffusion mechanism and gas absorbtion mechanism in wet flue gas desulfuration have been analysed. Adopting doublefilm theory model, the mass transfering rate equation of irreversible chemical reaction extrarapidly carried out in liquidphase of wetflue gas desulfuration has been deduced. And taking data of one company as example, the absorbtion rate of SO2 in alkaline solution of aluminium sulfate has been calculated.
