摘要
河北邯峰电厂660 MW机组小汽轮机排汽管道产生65 mm位移,促使小汽轮机汽封间隙变化,影响小汽轮机试运行。通过对排汽管道建模,用有限元计算多种工况,证明排汽管变形的主要原因是万向铰接型膨胀节的常平环强度与刚度不够造成,经加强后解决了问题。
In Hanfeng Power Plant the deformation caused displacement of a 660 MW set' s BFPT exhaust pipe effected a gland clearance change of the auxiliary turbine. By a finite element analysis of the modelized exhaust piping, under different modes of operation, disclosed that insufficient strength and rigidity of the gimbal hinged expansion joint' s gimbal ring was the main reason of exhaust pipe' s deformation. The problem got solved by taking some reinformcement measures.
