摘要
从双抽机组全液压调速系统的组成和油压的转化等方面,分析了齐鲁石化热电厂2号机组发生调速系统摆动事故的主要原因,并详细介绍了解决办法和改造内容。通过采用高压抗燃油控制系统彻底消除了事故隐患,提高了机组运行的安全性。
The main factors, that caused the all hydraulic governing system of Qilu Petrochemical Cogeneration Power Plant's No.2 dual extraction steam turbine to oscillate, are being analyzed according to the system's build-up and its oil pressure transforming mechanism, accompanied by a detailed explanation of ways of solving the problem and measures of retrofit. The problem was finally entirely solved by adopting a high pressure fire resistant hydraulic control system which raised the set's reliability.
