摘要 蛋白酶抑制剂(PI)对癌症、肺气肿、胰腺炎、HIV多种疾病具有一定疗效,且在抗虫基因 工程中可作为理想元件,具有广阔应用前景;苦荞麦蛋白酶抑制剂(BWPI)属于丝氨酸PI,含有丰 富胰蛋白酶抑制剂,相关研究并不多,但目前已引起广大科研者研究兴趣。该文对已有研究成果进 行总结,并从BWPI提取方法、理化性质、初级结构、生理功能及研究存在问题等方面进行介绍,以 供相关研究人员参考。 Proteinase inhibitor (PI)is an effect therapeutic method in cancer, emphysema, pancreas adenitis and HIV and also an ideal element for defending against insects in gene engineering, which has a potential value for application. Buckwheat proteinase inhibitor (BWPI) belongs to serine PI family, which mainly consists of trypsin PI. In this paper, we summarized the processes of isolation, character, primary structure and the mutil-function of BWPI. In the end, the development of BWPI is also put forward.
