荞麦手性肌醇提取及其降糖功能研究

Study on Extracting of the D-Chiro-inositol in Fagopyrium Tartarian and Curative Effect of the Extraction on Diabetes

该文报道Gr+3催导苦荞(Fagopyrium tartarian)仁发芽,整粒抽提种子中手性肌醇(D-chiro- inositol,D-CI)工艺方法;并使用SPSS软件评价D-CI抽提物对糖尿病ICR小鼠具有显著降低空 腹血糖(FBG)(P<0．05),及对糖尿病患者具有显著降低空腹血糖(FBG)和极显著降低餐后血糖 (PG)作用(P<0．01)。

The techneques of Gr^＋3-inducing germination and extracting D-chiro-inositol ofF. tartarian groat are introduced. By use of SPSS software, analyses demonstrate that the extraction markedly （P 〈 0,05） ameliorate FBG of diabetic ICR mice, and both markedly （P 〈 0.05 ）ameliorate FBG and very markedly ameliorate （P〈0.01= PG of diabetes）.
