摘要 (H)抗氧化活性与构效关系基本认识 (1)B环上C3、C4邻二羟基结构,对抗氧化作用至关重要,它不仅促进电子离域化,有助于在供氢后形成相对稳定自由基中间体,从而提高其抗氧化能力;同时,对可变价金属离子(Cu^2+、Fe^3+)具有螯合作用,可间接抑制脂质过氧化反应。
