Improved Exponential Acceleration and Deceleration Algorithm

摘要 针对数控系统中复杂曲线加工时加减速频繁的问题,对普通指数加减速算法进行了改进,通过对当前插补段以后的剩余路径长度进行预读,判断是否进入减速区,避免加工过程中频繁的加减速,使加工过程更为高速、平稳。通过计算机仿真表明,改进的算法可以较好地解决速度变化频繁的问题,并提高了加工效率。 Aiming at solving the acceleration and deceleration problems in machining complex curves, an amendment was made on the exponential acceleration and deceleration algorithm. The deceleration point was detected by pre - read the rest curve paths, therefore only one deceleration operation was undertaken in the whole machining process. The simulation shows that the improved algorithm can avoid frequent speed variety and improve machining efficiency.
