摘要
主要介绍了UG-CAD/CAM软件在涡旋压缩机的两个主要部件———动涡盘和静涡盘数控加工中的应用,并从模型的建立、数控编程、模拟仿真、后置处理、加工程序的生成等几个方面作了分析。实际应用表明,UG软件在数控加工中的应用不仅大大节省了计算工作量,而且避免了手工编程的出错率,提高了加工质量和加快了生产周期。
The application of UG - CAD/CAM software in numerical control processing about the two major components of vortex compressor, the dynamic eddy and the static eddy was introduced, and the analysis for several facets of modeling, numerical control programming, analog simulation, post processing and creation of program was given. The practice shows the application of UG -CAD/ CAM software in the numerical control processing can reduce the calculation, and avoid the mistake of manual programming, so that the machining quality is improved and the production period is shortened.
