摘要
对CAD系统在三坐标测量机测量中的应用进行了介绍。通过CAD系统可以完善和扩大测量机的功能,实现曲面测量时的测头半径补偿,并能对测量数据进行处理。文中对实现这些功能的方法和步骤进行了说明。
The application of CAD system in the coordinate measuring machine （CMM） measurement was introduced. CAD system can perfect the function of CMM, realize the compensation of measuring head, and treat with measuring data. The method and process for realizing the functions was shown.
