摘要
针对某液压机液压系统主缸回路进行FMEA分析,作出主缸回路潜在失效模式及影响分析表,同时对其进行危害度计算,找到了其薄弱环节和潜在的弱点,得出在不同严酷度下的危害度,为防止及减少故障的发生提供了依据。
Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) method was used to analyze the main cylinder hydraulic system of the hydraulic press and the table of FMEA on the main cylinder hydraulic system was made. The criticality number was calculated in the different severity, and the weak parts and potential weakness were found out, It provides the foundations for the reducing of failure rate and preventing of the failure.
