摘要
对变螺距螺纹的成形原理进行了分析。在对普通机床进行改造的基础上,设计出了全新的变距加工装置。用附加有该变螺距螺纹加工装置的普通车床,可以十分方便地加工出符合质量技术要求的变螺距螺纹螺杆。
A theoretical analysis of the varying pitch screw in mathematics, physics and shaping principle was presented. Based on the reforming of ordinary machine tool, a new machining device for varying pitch screw was obtained. The reformed lathe can machine the varying pitch screw bolt according to the require of quality and technology.
